  • Project Manager

    As a Project manager you will be responsible for planning and overseeing key projects to ensure they are completed in time and within budget. The role requires wide range of technical knowledge and ability to manage people and performance across different teams. You will take ownership of problems and challenges, so you are expected to find solutions that are both elegant and practical.

    International Power Supply (IPS) was established in 1989 and specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of energy conversion technologies and systems for decentralized power generation and supply. IPS designs and delivers turn-key power solutions for both off-grid and grid connected systems and facilities with focus on Oil & Gas, Mini-grid and Rural electrification, Security, Utilities and Telecom. In the company’s more than 30-year history, IPS has developed rich portfolio of 33 different product lines. IPS continues to come up with new technology innovations to respond the customers’ needs worldwide – our systems are working on 7 continents incl. Antarctica. In 2019 IPS started revolution by bringing the renewables in the Gas Industry.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Strategic and operational project planning;
    • Coordinate internal resources to ensure the flawless execution of projects;
    • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
    • Coordinate and work closely with cross-functional teams in order to define scope, goals and deliverables in alignment with company clients goals and our business strategy;
    • Monitor progress and make adjustments when needed;
    • Provide project updates on a consistent basis about strategy, adjustments and progress;
    • Develop & track budget, report results;
    • Summarise and analyse information on project phases, tasks, deadlines and resources;
    • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

    OUR REQUIREMENTS:

    • Education in Electronics, Electrical engineering or similar is required;
    • Proven work experience in project management;
    • Knowledge and hands on experience in the field of renewable energy;
    • Work experience in multinational environment is a must;
    • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written (C1);
    • Excellent in Microsoft office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.

    PERSONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ability to work independently in a dynamic explorative environment;
    • Strong analytic view combined with pragmatic attitude;
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (both verbal and written);
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
    • Decisive and creative approach;
    • Excellent presentation skills.

    As part of the successful growth of the company, IPS is looking for a talented and internationally experienced Sales Manager to join our dedicated Sales Team. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for exploring and developing new markets across the world, building successful relationships with new and existing clients and offering IPS cutting-edge technology EXERON used for off-grid electrification. This position provides the opportunity to become part of the future of the Renewable energy industry and the perspective for individual and professional growth.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Research of new market opportunities and identifying new sales leads;
    • Client relationship management, building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing clients;
    • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email and in person;
    • Act as point of contact for all new contract opportunities and coordinate cross-functional activities;
    • Represent the company at meetings, conferences and exhibitions abroad;
    • Keep up with the technological trends in the Renewable energy industry;
    • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.

    OUR REQUIREMENTS:

    • Master's degree in Business or Engineering is required;
    • Proven work experience in sales;
    • Genuine interest in the Renewable Energy Industry, following market trends and emerging technologies;
    • Work experience in multinational environment is an advantage;
    • Excellent command of MS Office tools, especially Power Point;
    • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written (C1);

    • Sales-orientated personality, customer-driven and result-based approach;
    • Strong analytic view combined with pragmatic attitude and proven troubleshooting skills;
    • Excellent client-facing and effective verbal and written communication skills;

    • Excellent presentation skills;

    OUR REQUIREMENTS:

    • Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical engineering or similar is required;
    • Proven work experience in sales and/or project management;
    • Solid experience in technical sales and/or sales engineering;
    • Knowledge and hands on experience in the field of Renewable energy;
    • Work experience in a multinational environment is a must;
    • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written (C1);
    • Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports.
