Sales Manager
IPS is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager. You will have the opportunity to deal with challenges and implement creative solutions that are both elegant and practical.
Your responsibilities:
- Research of new market opportunities and identifying new sales leads;
- Client relationship management, building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing clients;
- Represent the company at meetings, conferences and exhibitions abroad;
- Act as point of contact for all new contract opportunities and coordinate cross-functional activities;
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations;
Our requirements:
- Experience in the field of Sales, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or similar will be considered as advantage;
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
- MS Office skills;
- Excellent communication skills, willing to assist others;
- Willingness for development, professional and personal growth.

Commercial Manager
IPS is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Commercial Manager. You will have the opportunity to deal with challenges and implement creative solutions that are both elegant and practical.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts;
- Taking responsibility for the financial management of projects;
- Analyze data and identify areas of business growth;
- Oversee contractors and vendors;
- Leading negotiations with customers and functions in order to ensure full compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment;
- Preparation of technical and commercial proposal preparation, development program management and contract negotiations.
Our requirements:
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
- Experience in the field of Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or similar will be considered as advantage;
