We are thrilled to announce the signing of a cooperation agreement between IPS and the esteemed US-based companies - Pangea Filtration Technology LLC and Neil Bush Global Advisors (NBGA).
The purpose of this agreement is to jointly develop, finance, and deploy IPS' cutting-edge EXERON-based Microgrid and Battery Energy Storage System technologies, as well as other energy transition projects on a global scale.
The agreement has been inked by the visionary minds behind this collaboration: Mr. Neil Bush (Owner of NBGA), Dan Bicz (Managing Partner at Pangea), and Alexander Rangelov (CEO at IPS). Their expertise and passion will be instrumental in propelling us towards a sustainable future.
Mr. Neil Bush, with over four decades of experience in energy, real estate, and international business development since 1980, is also renowned for his philanthropic work. He is the founder and chairman of the esteemed "George H. W. Bush Foundation for U.S.-China Relations," honoring his father, American President George Herbert Walker Bush.
